What we collect, and what we do with it.

TPI Advisors (“we”) is an advisory group that designs and builds technology platforms. This policy covers this website and the AI Readiness Assessment on it.

Information you give us. When you complete the AI Readiness Assessment, we collect the work email address you enter, your name and company if you choose to provide them, and your answers to the nine assessment questions. Two of those questions ask about budget range and timeline. We store the resulting scores alongside your answers.

Information collected automatically. Our hosting provider records standard server logs, including IP address, browser type, and pages requested. These are used to operate and secure the site.

We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not track you across other websites.

To send you the scorecard you asked for, to follow up about working together, and to understand which parts of the assessment are useful. That is the whole list. We do not sell your information, rent it, or share it with advertisers.

We use a small number of service providers to run the site and send email on our behalf. They process your information only to provide those services to us.

If you complete the assessment, you are consenting to receive your scorecard and occasional follow-up from us. Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing stops all marketing email immediately.

We keep assessment submissions for as long as they are useful to an ongoing or potential engagement, and we remove them on request.

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email contact@tpi-advisors.com and we will action it. There is no form to fill out.

Separate from this policy, and central to how we work: we do not name the clients we build for. Client information does not appear on this site, in our emails, or in our marketing.

If we change this policy in a way that affects how we use information you already gave us, we will say so here and update the date above.
